Acupuncture Clinic Brand

From Starup to Flourishing Business

Coastal Community Acupuncture started in January 2018, and was sold and re branded in Dec 2021.

I did all of the corporate identity, marketing and all things business to get this brand/clinic off the ground running. In just 3 short years, the patient database grew from 0 to 4000. This is a massive accomplishment for a business of this type. Usually you would get these kind of numbers after 5+ years. The great results are not only a reflection of the practitioners, but also a testimony to the branding, marketing and research behind it all.

Role

In this project my role was a product designer.  I worked on everything from researching competitors and current markets to interviewing practicioners to understanding their pain points and needs for their clinics brand. I compiled findings and worked on solutions for a complete package.

On Going Support

Throughout the lifespan of Coastal Community Acupuncture I was the marketing go-to. I continually adapted advertising and other materials to fit the needs of the clinic and its practitioners.
